BargeEx will attempt to set this property if it is not specified by the trading partner creating the document.
This property is only used when the EventStatusType property is set to Shift.
The ToLocationShipImoNumberSpecified property indicates whether or not this property will be included in the serialized class or generated document. The ToLocationShipImoNumberSpecified property is automatically set to true when this property is set.
