• Determine the Status of your Current System
   
• Develop an Implementation Plan
     - Adapter Development
     - Test Plan
     - Timeline
   
• Execute the Implementation Plan
   
• Execute either a Barge Line or Service Provider Contract
   
• Fill out the New BargeEx Trading Partner Application form and send it to the contact listed below.
